The Sagicor USA is a completely owned subsidiary of Sagicor Financial Corporation. It was formed in 2004 to spearhead
diversification and expansion in the United States. On September 30th, 2005, the Sagicor company completed its first acquisition with
the $58 million purchase of American Founders Life(AFL), providing a US presence as a licensed insurer in 41 states and the
District of Columbia, a licensed re insurer in 45 states and DC and a third party administrator in all 50 states. Following
the acquisition, the AM best rating company enhanced the financial strength rating of the acquired company, reflecting the
change of ownership and confidence in the Sagicor Financial Group performance.
Sagicor USA is serving more than 15 countries wherein it provides a wide range of financial products and services not only to
the carribean region but also beyond that. Sagicor USA products and services includes insurance, investments, retirement
planning, education savings, home ownership, saving plans and money management and many more. It gives sound financial advice
and also guide to its clients.

I wanted to save something for my children. It was then that I came to know about Sagicor USA. I have insured my child’s education with them.
